    I don’t know that I understand the difference between learning by experience and learning by doing/applying. Are these different enough that separating them into 2 categories matters? The examples for each in the list of preferred learning activities on p 21 aren’t helping me discern how these are different or why/how I might create learning opportunities that target one or the other.

    I have the same problem.
    May be experiencing is putting oneself of the shoes of the other. And doing is not necessarily, it could be doing something for the other.
    Also, isn’t a discussion a reflection activity?
